Shipping Information
1. Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Sydney, Australia.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, and more.
We are restricted from shipping to countries that Australia Post does not ship to.
International Shipping is a flat rate of $20, or free for orders over $150.
3. How long will it take to get my package?
Australia: 2–7 business days.
International: 7–21 business days (depending on your country and customs processing).
4. How much is shipping?
Australia: $10 for standard shipping, $15 for express, or FREE on purchases over $100.
International: $20 or FREE on purchases over $150.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
6. My order hasn't arrived—what should I do?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please check your tracking link. If you need further assistance, contact us.
Jewellery Care
1. How do I care for my jewellery?
Our tarnish free, waterproof jewellery is made with high quality materials and are suitable for daily wear.
To keep your GIOVY pieces looking their best:
- Avoid exposure to perfumes, cleaning products and lotions.
- Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a jewellery pouch or box.
- Clean with your GIOVY polishing cloth to remove dirt or oils.

2. What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is made with a variety of high-quality metals. Our gold-plated stainless steel range is designed for everyday wear. Each product page details the specific materials used.
3. Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our jewellery is designed to be long-lasting, and worn daily.
With proper care, each piece will last for years to come.
4. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes! Our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sensitive skin.
Order & Returns
1. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! We accept returns for a store credit or an exchange for products of the same value within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify, the item must be:
- A full-priced purchase
- Unworn and in resellable condition
- In all original packaging
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Discounted purchases (final sale)
- Gift cards
- Customised items
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
2. What if my item is faulty?
We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty item, email us at info@giovy,com.au with photos, and we’ll sort it out for you.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Email us with your order number at info@giovy,com.au as soon as possible.

Yes! Add Gift Wrapping to your cart before checking out to add a little extra magic to your gift!
2. Do you have a physical store?
Giovy is currently an online-only brand. However, we may offer in-person events or pop-ups in the future—keep an eye on our socials for updates!
