1. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD. Orders are confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to errors or availability issues.

2. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Tracking is provided. We’re not liable for delays once items leave our hands.

3. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

4. Product Details
We strive to ensure all images and descriptions are accurate. However, variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. These differences do not qualify as faults.
